While I emphatically recommend the entire line of products for everyone in your home, I am especially fond of Dr. Bronner's Baby Mild Liquid Soap. I personally use it, and it is really great for gently bathing your baby all over. The company has been around for decades and has always been dedicated to healthy biodegradable products and is now certified Fair Trade. You should know that it is not "Tear-Free", but I use it in very small amounts and rinse using a wet washcloth.
I personally think it is better to use unscented products on yourself and on baby, especially in your first few months together, since bonding with your baby involves him or her being familiar with your "scent".
